One thing I have learned is generational differences so not to teach the kids at my level which I would like nice and quiet and calm but to teach Generation Alpha at their age levels which they like technology and more interactive things like videos things that I would think would detract from learning about Jesus is really what will help them learn about Jesus. So I had a 180 difference in what I thought was the right thing by coming to the conference
